Welcome to the B.E.A.S.T Collective. By accessing our platform or purchasing a membership, you agree to these core terms:
Billing & Payments
All membership fees are securely processed via Stripe. Subscription tiers automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled through your account dashboard prior to the renewal date. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Community Conduct
We maintain a professional, supportive space. You agree not to engage in harassment, upload harmful content, distribute intellectual property without authorization, or attempt to compromise platform security. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.
Intellectual Property
The B.E.A.S.T Collective retains ownership of all platform branding, materials, resources, and design systems. You retain ownership of content you post, granting us a operational license to host it.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. The Collective is not liable for indirect damages resulting from platform use.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
